Od@-nettverk (Od@ network)

Od@ nettverk is aimed at women in the ICT business. This network was established following an inspiration day for women in ICT, and is a forum for discussions, sharing experiences, and competence development. The idea is to address relevant issues and focus on women’s opportunities for career development and recruitment. The network is also a place to make contacts that might be useful in one’s work. The goal is to learn from one another and help each other thrive. The members meet on a regular basis.

Networks in Tekna

Tekna (The Norwegian Society of Chartered Scientific and Academic Professionals) is Norway’s largest academic association. Tekna organises an annual network meeting for women technologists. This meeting is both a subject-oriented and a social meeting place. The subject for Network 2007 was ”Rekruttering og kompetanseutvikling - to sider av samme sak?” (Recruitment and competence development - two sides of the same coin?)
